Privacy policy

Leslie Adamson | Trinity Anchored Formation LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the Leslie Adamson | Trinity Anchored Formation LLC website (the “Service”).

1. Purpose of this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Trinity Anchored Formation, LLC ("TAF," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you visit TrinityAnchoredFormation.com, contact us, join an email list, register for an offering, make a purchase, or participate in services.

This Policy addresses information practices. The nature and boundaries of TAF’s services are described in the Professional Scope & Disclaimer, and website use and transactions are governed by the Terms & Conditions.

2. Information we may collect

Information you provide

Depending on how you interact with TAF, we may collect:

  • contact information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, and mailing address;
  • registration, scheduling, and transaction information, such as the service selected, appointment details, order history, billing address, and payment status;
  • communications you send, including inquiries, forms, emails, feedback, and customer-support messages;
  • information you voluntarily share while participating in coaching, consultations, workshops, assessments, or group programs;
  • preferences and consent choices, such as email-subscription status and cookie selections; and
  • testimonials, photographs, recordings, or stories only when you choose to provide them or consent to their use.

Please do not submit highly sensitive medical records, government identification numbers, complete financial-account numbers, passwords, or other information that TAF has not requested.

Information collected automatically

When you use the website, TAF and its service providers may automatically collect technical and usage information, such as IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, date and time of access, interactions with the website, and cookie or similar identifier information.

Payment information

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. TAF generally receives transaction details such as payment status, amount, date, and a limited payment-method reference, but does not ordinarily receive or store your complete payment-card number or bank credentials. Payment providers process information under their own privacy notices and legal obligations.

3. How we use personal information

TAF may use personal information to:

  • operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website;
  • respond to inquiries and determine whether a requested service is an appropriate fit;
  • schedule, administer, and provide products, services, workshops, consultations, and programs;
  • process transactions, send receipts, and maintain financial and business records;
  • communicate about appointments, purchases, program updates, policy changes, and customer support;
  • send newsletters or promotional messages when permitted, with an unsubscribe option;
  • personalize educational content and improve TAF offerings;
  • protect participants, TAF, and others; prevent misuse or fraud; enforce agreements; and
  • comply with legal, tax, accounting, insurance, and regulatory obligations.

4. Legal bases and consent

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, TAF processes personal information as necessary to perform a contract or take steps you request before a contract; based on consent; to comply with legal obligations; or for legitimate interests such as operating and improving services, communicating with users, maintaining security, and protecting legal rights, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.

You may withdraw consent for future processing when processing is based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed or information TAF must retain for lawful purposes.

5. Cookies and analytics

TAF and its website providers may use cookies and similar technologies to enable essential site functions, remember preferences, understand website traffic, measure performance, and improve user experience. Some cookies may be placed by third-party providers whose services appear on the website.

Where a cookie banner or preference tool is available, you may use it to make choices about nonessential cookies. You may also adjust browser settings to block or delete cookies, although some website features may not function correctly.

6. When we disclose personal information

TAF does not sell personal information for money. TAF may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers. To vendors that support website hosting, email, scheduling, forms, videoconferencing, payment processing, file storage, analytics, learning platforms, bookkeeping, or similar business functions. They receive information only as reasonably necessary for their work and are expected to protect it.
  • Professional advisers. To attorneys, accountants, insurers, consultants, or other advisers when reasonably necessary for professional guidance, risk management, or legal compliance.
  • With your direction or consent. To a person, parish, organization, or professional you authorize TAF to contact or share information with.
  • Legal and safety reasons. When required by law, subpoena, court order, or lawful governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, participants, TAF, or others.
  • Business transition. In connection with a lawful merger, reorganization, financing, sale, or transfer of all or part of TAF, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal protections.

7. Coaching, couples, and group privacy

Information shared in a coaching or formation relationship is handled with care but is not necessarily protected by the legal privilege that may apply to licensed therapy, legal representation, medical care, or sacramental confession. Additional confidentiality expectations may appear in a service agreement.

In couples work, information may affect both participants. TAF’s approach to individual communications within joint work should be stated in the applicable agreement. In groups and workshops, other participants may hear or see what you share. TAF may require privacy-respecting conduct but cannot guarantee another participant’s actions.

8. Email and marketing choices

If you subscribe to marketing email, TAF may send newsletters, program announcements, and related updates. You may unsubscribe through the link in an email or by contacting TAF. TAF may still send nonmarketing communications related to a purchase, appointment, service, safety issue, or legal notice.

9. Data retention

TAF retains personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing services, maintaining appropriate business and financial records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, meeting insurance requirements, and complying with law. Retention periods vary according to the type of information, the relationship, applicable obligations, and legitimate business needs.

When information is no longer reasonably needed, TAF may delete it, de-identify it, or securely archive it as appropriate. Backup copies may remain for a limited period until overwritten through normal system processes.

10. Security

TAF uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the size and nature of the business and the information handled. However, no website, email system, videoconferencing service, electronic transmission, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for using secure devices, protecting account credentials, and choosing a reasonably private setting for services.

11. Your privacy choices

Subject to applicable law and reasonable identity verification, you may ask TAF to:

  • confirm whether TAF holds personal information about you;
  • provide access to or a copy of certain personal information;
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • delete information that TAF is not legally or operationally required to retain;
  • withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the basis; or
  • stop marketing communications.

TAF may decline or limit a request when permitted or required by law, when fulfilling it would adversely affect another person’s rights, when identity cannot reasonably be verified, or when information must be retained for legal, contractual, tax, insurance, security, or recordkeeping purposes.

12. Children’s privacy

The website and TAF’s direct-to-consumer services are not directed to children under 18. TAF does not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 18 through the website without appropriate parent or guardian authorization. If you believe a minor has provided information without appropriate authorization, contact TAF so the situation can be reviewed and addressed.

13. Third-party websites and platforms

The website may link to third-party websites or use third-party platforms. TAF does not control those parties’ privacy practices. Review the privacy notice of each service you choose to use. A link or integration does not make TAF responsible for the third party’s actions.

14. Transfers and location of processing

TAF and its service providers may process and store information in the United States or other locations where they operate. Privacy laws may differ from those in your location. Where required, appropriate legal safeguards will be used for cross-border transfers.

15. Changes to this Privacy Policy

TAF may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised Policy becomes effective when posted with a new effective date. If a change materially affects how TAF uses information already collected, TAF will provide additional notice or seek consent when required by law.
