Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TrinityAnchoredFormation.com and related pages, content, downloads, forms, communications, products, programs, and transactions offered by Trinity Anchored Formation, LLC ("TAF," "we," "us," or "our").

By using the website, creating a registration, purchasing a product or service, or participating in a TAF offering, you agree to these Terms, the Professional Scope & Disclaimer, and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase or participate in an offering.

2. Relationship among website policies and service agreements

The Professional Scope & Disclaimer defines the nature and boundaries of TAF’s work. The Privacy Policy governs personal information and data practices. These Terms govern website use, purchases, content, and transactions.

A coaching package, consultation, workshop, group program, parish engagement, or other service may also be governed by a proposal, informed-consent form, registration page, order confirmation, or separate service agreement. If a service-specific agreement directly conflicts with these Terms, the service-specific agreement controls for that service. The Professional Scope & Disclaimer continues to apply unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.

3. Eligibility and responsible use

The website and TAF’s direct-to-consumer services are intended for adults age 18 or older unless a specific written agreement permits participation by a minor with a parent or legal guardian. By making a purchase or registration, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have legal authority to enter the transaction.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, collect information about other users, violate another person’s rights, or use TAF content for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or exploitative purposes.

4. No client relationship from website use

Visiting the website, joining an email list, completing a quiz or inventory, downloading a resource, submitting an inquiry, or scheduling an introductory call does not by itself create a coaching or professional-client relationship.

TAF may accept or decline an engagement in its discretion and may recommend another kind of support when a requested service falls outside its scope.

5. Services, scheduling, and participation

The description, length, format, price, and included features of a service are those shown on the applicable sales page, proposal, checkout page, order confirmation, or service agreement at the time of purchase.

Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement or through the designated scheduling system. Unless a different policy is stated for a particular offering, a request to reschedule an individual session must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. TAF may charge a $25 late-rescheduling fee for changes requested with less than 24 hours’ notice and may treat a missed session as used. TAF may make reasonable exceptions for emergencies.

If TAF must reschedule, TAF will provide as much notice as reasonably possible and will offer a replacement time. TAF is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by events outside its reasonable control, including illness, severe weather, internet failure, platform outages, or emergencies.

Clients and participants are responsible for arriving on time, using suitable technology, participating from a reasonably private and safe setting, and completing any preparation they choose to undertake. Exercises between sessions are invitations to practice; results may be affected when a participant does not engage with the agreed process.

6. Packages, expiration, and unused sessions

Unless a sales page or written service agreement states otherwise, prepaid individual coaching sessions must be used within three months after purchase. Unused sessions expire at the end of that period. Coaching bundles are sold as packages, and no partial refund is provided for unused sessions after the package has begun, except when required by law or when TAF terminates the engagement without cause and a service-specific agreement provides otherwise.

If TAF ends an engagement because it cannot continue providing the service, TAF will refund fees paid for services not yet provided, less any nonrefundable materials or completed components disclosed at purchase. TAF may end or decline services because of scope concerns, safety concerns, inappropriate conduct, nonpayment, conflicts of interest, repeated nonattendance, or other circumstances that make continuation impracticable or inappropriate.

7. Prices and payment

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Payment is due as shown at checkout, in a proposal, or in a service agreement. TAF may use third-party processors for card, bank, or electronic payments and does not ordinarily receive or store complete payment-card numbers.

You authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the amount and schedule disclosed at purchase. You are responsible for accurate billing information, applicable taxes, and any fees charged by your bank or payment provider. TAF may suspend access to unpaid services or content.

8. Cancellations, refunds, and digital products

The cancellation and refund policy stated on a sales page, registration page, proposal, checkout page, or service agreement is part of these Terms and controls for that offering.

Because digital downloads, recordings, assessments, and self-guided materials may be delivered immediately, sales of digital products are final once access or delivery occurs, unless the product is defective, the sales page states otherwise, or applicable law requires a refund. If you experience a technical problem accessing a purchased resource, contact TAF so reasonable efforts can be made to restore access.

Live workshops, group programs, parish events, and special engagements may have offering-specific transfer, cancellation, minimum-enrollment, or refund terms. Those disclosed terms control for the applicable event.

9. Communications and between-session contact

Administrative communication may occur by email, telephone, text, scheduling platform, or another agreed method. Between-session coaching or messaging is included only when the applicable service description or agreement says that it is included. TAF will disclose and obtain agreement before imposing an additional charge for requested support outside the purchased service.

Electronic communication is not monitored continuously and must not be used for emergencies or crisis support.

10. Group programs and recordings

Participants in groups, workshops, and community offerings must behave respectfully and protect the privacy of others. You may not record, photograph, screenshot, reproduce, publish, or distribute another participant’s image, voice, story, comments, or identifying information without express permission from TAF and the affected person.

If TAF plans to record a live offering, TAF will provide notice before recording and will explain the intended use or availability of the recording. Participation after that notice constitutes consent only to the use described in the notice, subject to applicable law. When practical, TAF may provide a way to participate without appearing in a recording, but this is not guaranteed unless stated in advance.

11. Intellectual property

The website and TAF’s original text, graphics, names, frameworks, assessments, worksheets, presentations, videos, recordings, course materials, downloads, and other content are owned by or licensed to Trinity Anchored Formation, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, service-mark, and other intellectual-property laws.

TAF grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access purchased or freely provided materials for your own personal, noncommercial use, or for the specific use expressly authorized in writing. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, sublicense, distribute, upload, publicly display, teach from, create derivative commercial materials from, remove notices from, or use TAF content to train an artificial-intelligence system without prior written permission.

Names and marks identified as trademarks or service marks, including TAF’s proprietary program and framework names, remain the property of their respective owners. No license to use a mark is granted by website access or purchase.

12. User submissions and feedback

You retain ownership of original material you submit to TAF. You grant TAF permission to use the material as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide the purchased service, administer the relationship, comply with law, and maintain business records as described in the Privacy Policy.

If you voluntarily provide general suggestions or feedback about TAF offerings, you permit TAF to use that feedback without compensation, provided TAF does not publicly identify you or disclose confidential personal information without permission.

13. Testimonials

TAF will not publish an identifiable testimonial, photograph, or personal story without permission. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee that another person will receive the same result. TAF may make minor edits for length, grammar, or clarity without materially changing the meaning.

14. Third-party services and links

The website and TAF services may rely on or link to third-party platforms for hosting, scheduling, videoconferencing, payment, email, forms, analytics, learning content, or other functions. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. TAF is not responsible for a third party’s content, availability, security, or practices, but will select and use service providers with reasonable care.

15. Disclaimers

The website and general educational content are provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, TAF disclaims warranties not expressly stated in writing, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

TAF’s professional boundaries, absence of guaranteed outcomes, and educational-purpose limitations are further described in the Professional Scope & Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TAF will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, opportunities, data, goodwill, or relationships; or harm resulting from reliance on general website content, third-party platforms, or circumstances outside TAF’s reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TAF’s total liability arising from a purchased product or service will not exceed the amount you paid TAF for the product or service giving rise to the claim during the six months preceding the event giving rise to liability. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TAF and its owner, contractors, and representatives from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the website or content, your infringement of another person’s rights, or material you submit in violation of these Terms. This section does not require you to indemnify TAF for TAF’s own unlawful conduct.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and by applicable federal law. Before filing a claim, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter informally by written notice and reasonable discussion.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, any court proceeding relating to these Terms or a TAF transaction must be brought in a state or federal court having jurisdiction in Georgia in the county where TAF maintains its principal place of business. The parties consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

19. Changes to these Terms

TAF may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms become effective when posted with a new effective date and apply prospectively. Material changes to an already-purchased service will not reduce a client’s substantive rights during the agreed service period unless the client agrees or the change is required by law, safety, or a third-party platform outside TAF’s control.

20. General provisions

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without TAF’s written consent. Questions may be sent to TrinityAnchoredFormation@gmail.com.
