Unlike therapy, which is often retrospective and focused on healing, coaching is proactive and future-oriented. Our coaching sessions are rooted in growth, clarity, and action. While wearing my coaching hat, I do not excavate trauma or revisit childhood wounds. Instead, I help clients take ownership of the present, strengthen their relationships, and align their lives with their God-given goals and mission.
As a Certified Relationship Coach, I serve as a translator of emotional core needs, a trainer in the habits of holy love, and a guide through the fog of confusion, conflict, and disconnection.
I have found that coaching works best when clients are emotionally stable, open to feedback, and willing to practice new skills. On the few occasions when hidden “God-holes” surface during a coaching session—unhealed childhood wounds that leave clients stuck in confusion, recurring sins, patterns of imperfection, or broken relationships—I do not hesitate to temporarily pause the coaching process and refer them either to inner healing ministry with a qualified practitioner or to a licensed professional counselor.
You do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Whether you are seeking stronger relationships, greater emotional awareness, or a clearer sense of purpose, coaching can help you cooperate more fully with God’s grace and become the person He created you to be.
If you are ready to grow in self-awareness, strengthen your relationships, and take the next step toward the life God is calling you to live, I invite you to begin the journey.
All formation sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability.
