Dates, Times & Places

Sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability and will be agreed upon during the initial free private consultation call.

Private sessions can be done over Zoom (video conference) or in person if you live locally.

Costs

For 1-on-1 private coaching sessions, all PDF materials and worksheets will be included for free.

*Individuals will be responsible for any additional assessment fees required during a coaching session (such as APEST, MMTIC, StrengthsFinder, etc.)

If you are a new client, your first 1-on-1 private session will be FREE. This is more of a consultation call where we will go over preferred topics, calendar coaching dates, discuss payment options, discounts if applicable, meeting preferences, and focus on goal setting.

*If you are a student, senior citizen (over 65), or in financial hardship we do offer discounted rates and scholarships for married couples and parents. Please sign up for a free 20-minute consultation before purchasing your sessions.

You can also schedule 1-on-1 private coaching with me through Metanoia Catholic. There are a lot of other excellent coaches there, too, if I am not quite the right fit for you.

Four 50-minute Zoom sessions
- For new clients, our first session together will be completing an interior-life diagnostics intake form and strategizing a personal plan with goals

Session notes (optional)

Unlimited voice memo/messaging support between sessions via the Voxer app

All four sessions are blocked out on my calendar ahead of time during our initial FREE private consultation, so you have a consistent time slot
