Trinity Anchored Formation, LLC ("TAF," "we," "us," or "our") is a professional Catholic apostolate that provides human formation education, facilitation, coaching, relationship education, workshops, and related resources for adults and Christian couples who desire intentional growth and are not necessarily in crisis.
TAF helps participants become more receptive to God’s love, grow in self-knowledge and self-possession, recognize recurring patterns, practice relational skills, and more freely love God and the people He places before them. TAF’s work is grounded in Sacred Scripture, the sacramental life and traditions of the Catholic Church, and the Catholic understanding of the human person.
TAF’s work is forward-looking, educational, formation-based, and skills-based. Depending on the service selected, TAF may:
· facilitate reflection, discovery, and meaningful conversation;
· provide educational frameworks and language for understanding God-given design, recurring patterns, and relationships;
· help clients align what they are discovering with their values, responsibilities, faith, and desired way of living;
· coach clients as they identify goals, choices, practices, and next steps;
· teach and practice communication, listening, discernment, connection, and relational repair skills; and
· offer Catholic spiritual and theological context for human formation topics within TAF’s competence.
The client remains responsible for personal decisions, actions, relationships, health care, spiritual discernment, and the consequences of choices made during or after participation in TAF services.
TAF does not provide psychotherapy, counseling, psychological assessment, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical mental-health services. Leslie Adamson and TAF are not acting as licensed psychologists, professional counselors, clinical social workers, marriage and family therapists, psychiatrists, or other licensed mental-health providers.
TAF services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental-health condition, trauma-related condition, substance-use disorder, or behavioral disorder. Coaching and formation may sometimes complement care from a qualified professional, but they do not replace it.
If you are experiencing significant depression or anxiety, trauma symptoms, abuse, addiction, eating-disorder symptoms, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, threats of violence, severe marital crisis, or another condition requiring clinical attention, contact an appropriately licensed mental-health or medical professional.
TAF does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or any other service that requires a professional license not held by TAF. Website content, educational materials, assessments, coaching conversations, workshops, and recommendations are general educational and formation resources and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your particular circumstances.
TAF may discuss faith, prayer, virtue, vocation, discernment, Catholic anthropology, and a client’s relationship with God as these relate to human formation. However, TAF does not provide sacramental ministry, confession, pastoral governance, canonical advice, or spiritual direction in place of a priest, deacon, religious superior, trained spiritual director, or other appropriate Church authority.
TAF does not claim to speak on behalf of the Catholic Church, a diocese, a parish, or a member of the clergy. Participants remain responsible for seeking appropriate pastoral, sacramental, or spiritual guidance when needed.
TAF may use original frameworks, inventories, pattern descriptions, educational models, reflection exercises, and third-party tools. These resources are intended to promote observation, self-knowledge, conversation, and formation. They are not clinical assessments, diagnostic instruments, or fixed statements about a person’s identity, motives, maturity, holiness, or capacity for change.
A pattern, category, color, dimension, or result should be treated as a starting point for reflection rather than a label or destination. Human persons are unique, capable of growth, and not reducible to an assessment result.
TAF provides relationship education and coaching intended to strengthen self-knowledge, mutual understanding, relational skills, and intentional practice. TAF does not determine who is right, conduct custody evaluations, provide forensic opinions, mediate legal disputes, or treat domestic violence or severe relationship dysfunction.
Relationship coaching is not appropriate when there is active abuse, coercive control, fear for physical safety, untreated addiction, credible threats, or another condition that prevents free and safe participation. TAF may pause or decline joint work and recommend pastoral, legal, medical, advocacy, or clinical support when the situation falls outside TAF’s scope.
When two people participate together, each person is responsible for what he or she chooses to disclose. TAF cannot guarantee that one participant will keep another participant’s statements confidential. Any expectations regarding information shared individually with TAF should be stated in the applicable service agreement.
TAF is not a crisis-response service and does not provide continuous monitoring or emergency assistance. Do not use email, text, scheduling forms, coaching platforms, or social media to seek emergency help.
If you or another person may be in immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. In the United States, you may call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. If abuse or domestic violence may be present, contact an appropriate local or national safety resource from a safe device.
TAF treats personal information shared in individual services with care and discretion. Privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy and may be supplemented by a written client or participant agreement.
Confidentiality is not absolute. TAF may disclose information when required by law, court order, subpoena, or other lawful process; when reasonably necessary to protect the rights or safety of TAF or others; or when the client has authorized disclosure. Because legal duties vary by role and jurisdiction, TAF does not promise the same evidentiary privilege that may apply to communications with licensed therapists, attorneys, physicians, or clergy.
Group programs, workshops, and community settings involve additional privacy risks. Participants may be asked to respect one another’s privacy, but TAF cannot guarantee that another participant will keep information confidential. Recording, photographing, or distributing another participant’s contributions is prohibited unless TAF and all affected participants have given express permission.
TAF may use email, telephone, text messaging, videoconferencing, scheduling platforms, payment processors, learning platforms, and other third-party technology. No electronic system is completely secure. By choosing to communicate or participate through these methods, you acknowledge the ordinary privacy and security risks of electronic communications. Do not send highly sensitive clinical, financial, or identifying information through ordinary email or text.
Personal formation depends on many factors, including participation, readiness, circumstances, relationships, health, grace, freedom, and choices outside TAF’s control. TAF does not guarantee a particular spiritual, personal, professional, marital, relational, emotional, or financial result.
Testimonials and examples describe individual experiences and are not promises that another person will obtain the same or similar results.
The website and its articles, downloads, videos, assessments, presentations, emails, and other resources provide general educational and informational content. Viewing or using these resources does not create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only when TAF accepts an engagement and the parties complete any required registration, payment, informed consent, or service agreement.
TAF makes reasonable efforts to provide helpful and accurate information but does not guarantee that all content is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for every person or situation. You are responsible for evaluating information and seeking qualified advice when appropriate.
TAF may identify books, ministries, clergy, counselors, health professionals, programs, websites, or other resources that may be helpful. A reference or referral does not guarantee availability, quality, suitability, orthodoxy, safety, or results and does not necessarily constitute an endorsement. You remain responsible for evaluating third-party services and professionals.
