Hi, I'm Leslie…
I’m the founder of Trinity Anchored Formation LLC, a certified Metanoia Catholic Coach, a certified Temperament-based personality specialist, and an accredited Catherine of Siena Institute Charisms Discernment guide. In my practice, I primarily serve as an Inner Healing Prayer practitioner and a Catholic Identity Restoration & Relationship Formation Coach for single Christian adults, married couples, parents, and families. I offer 1-on-1 private formation and coaching sessions via video conferencing, as well as in-person local and international group workshops and retreats.
As a redeemed Adult Third Culture Kid (ATCK) and a passionately grateful Catholic convert, my lived experiences have become the compass that guides my mission. Every layer of my story fuels my desire to help others heal the hidden wounds that have fractured their God-given identity and to cultivate the wholehearted, Christ-centered relationships needed to live out the two greatest commandments.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been captivated by the inner workings of the human person. I’ve seen firsthand—both in myself and in those I accompany—that when a person begins to understand and accept themselves in an ordered, grace-aligned way, without slipping into self-reliance, self-condemnation, self-idolization, or any other disordered manifestations of self above God and others, something sacred unfolds. Freedom awakens. The heart softens. Identity clarifies.
And in that clarity, people become able to cultivate a deeper relationship with God, value and edify the differences of others without fear or comparison, learn to accept and love themselves as God loves them, nurture their vocations with greater intention, awaken their dormant charisms, and live their God-given calling and entrusted mission with confidence, compassion, and unwavering commitment.
