I’m the founder of Trinity Anchored Formation LLC, a certified Metanoia Catholic Coach, an accredited Personality and Temperament typology coach, a certified Relationship and skills coach for marriages and families, a Catherine of Siena Institute Charisms Discernment guide, a redeemed adult Third Culture Kid (ATCK), and a very passionate Catholic convert.
For as long as I can remember, helping people understand their inner workings has been my passion. My life mission is to help all Christians recognize how they were uniquely designed in the image and likeness of God, and to accompany them as they heal the hidden wounds that have fractured that God-given identity. When people begin to better understand and accept themselves without falling into self-reliance, condemnation, and other temptations, only then, can they cultivate a deeper relationship with God, value others in their differences, nurture their vocations, awaken their Charisms, and live their vocation and entrusted missions at full capacity.
