Helping Christians become more receptive to God’s unconditional love, grow in self-knowledge and self-possession, and more freely love God, themselves, and the people He places before them.
SELF-KNOWLEDGE • SELF-POSSESSION • SELF-GIFT

Creating space for discovery, reflection, and meaningful conversation so you can recognize what is happening beneath the surface.

Bringing greater coherence between what you are discovering, what matters most, and how you want to live and relate.

Moving from awareness into intentional growth by identifying a meaningful next step and putting it into practice..

Providing practical frameworks, language, and relational tools to help you better understand yourself and others.

I’m a wife, mother, grandmother, former traumatic brain injury rehabilitation therapist, retired Catholic home educator, and Founder of Trinity Anchored Formation, LLC, a professional Catholic apostolate.
Catholic Human Formation Leader | Certified Catholic Coach | Relationship Educator
Through years of rehabilitation work, homeschooling, parish and marriage ministry, and my own formation journey, one question gradually came into focus:
How can knowing myself better help me receive and respond to God’s love—and more freely love the people He places before me?
I came to understand that self-knowledge is not the destination. When anchored in Christ, it helps us recognize our God-given design, understand our recurring patterns, and grow in self-possession. With greater freedom, we become better able to love God with our whole selves and give ourselves in love to others—without erasing ourselves or confusing burnout with holiness.
I accompany individuals and Christian couples who are hungry for growth but are not necessarily in crisis. Through the TAF Formation Methodology, I facilitate insight, help people align their lives with what matters most, coach intentional growth, and provide practical education, frameworks, and relational skills.
This forward-looking, formation- and skills-based approach is distinct from psychotherapy and spiritual direction. Together, we identify recurring patterns and growth edges and move from awareness into intentional practice.
One essential discovery runs through all of this work:
My way is not the only way.
What feels loving, clear, reassuring, respectful, or connecting to me may not be experienced the same way by someone else. Self-knowledge helps us become relationally bilingual—better able to understand another person, seek their genuine good, and express love in ways they can recognize and receive.
My work is grounded in Sacred Scripture, the sacraments, the traditions of the Church, and the Catholic understanding of the human person.
Love received from God becomes love returned to God and given to others.
Here, you’ll rediscover who you are, Whose you are, why you are here—and how you are being invited to love.
