Who doesn’t enjoy learning something new & life-changing?
I've led several small groups, cohorts, and extensive workshops for local parishes, various ministry groups, several archdioceses, prayer groups, book study groups, church staff, hybrid homeschool groups, teachers, parents, high school and Catholic college campus students, friends, and family members.
I offer a series of expeditions or voyages that can be completed either with...
(1) a coach (one-on-one), (2) in a small group cohort, (3) on a retreat or live workshop event.
Small group cohorts meet live over Zoom video conference and run between 6 - 12 weeks. Participants must first complete the cohort application form here to be notified of upcoming cohort topics and start dates.
Workshops are generally 2–4 hours in length, and retreats range from 1–3 days.

All coaching sessions, retreats or live workshop events are scheduled based on mutual availability.

Question: How has God equipped me to give of myself at full capacity for the life of the Church?
Formation Aim: This final voyage is about identifying the specific Charisms and supernatural gifts God is already using in us to go forth and serve in our vocations and missions, in freedom, humility, and love.
(*) Asterisks indicate which "inventory and introductory workshops" are absolutely required to complete that series of Expeditions.
Live Group Event Details
Workshops are generally 1–3 hours in duration, and retreats extend over 1–3 days.
After you send in your retreat or live group event request, we’ll email you detailed PDF session outlines for review within 72 hours.
A Trinity Anchored Formation representative will then follow up by phone or Zoom (video conference) to confirm event dates, times, pricing, and additional arrangements..
Your total price includes everything you’ll need such as required materials (e.g., workbooks, PDF worksheets, paraphernalia) and all applicable travel expenses related to live events, including but not limited to gas, airfare, lodging, and meals.
Should any supplementary assessments be required during a session, live workshop, or cohort series, the associated costs shall be the sole responsibility of each individual participant.
