 What is a Trinity Colored ID℠? 

Each of us has an inherent design with an innate nature that shapes the way we think, feel, act, and react. These God-given designs come with both strengths and challenges, as well as unique motivators and contributions.

In this workshop, participants will discover their primary and secondary Trinity Colored ID℠ and learn how to apply these insights in practical, life-giving ways to their daily lives. 

By exploring their Trinity Colored ID℠, participants will gain the tools to claim and tame their design:

• Claiming the gifts, talents, and motivations God has placed within them
• Taming the tendencies and weaknesses that can hinder peace and growth
   

Through this process, participants will walk away with greater clarity, confidence, and peace, empowered to live more fully as the person God created them to be.

 Snap judgments are one of the greatest blocks to true charity. The trouble is, we often slip into judgments without even realizing it—toward ourselves, toward others, and even toward God’s plan for our lives.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how your God‑given inherent design can influence the ways you’re most prone to fall into judgment. Each Trinity Colored ID℠ carries both gifts and blind spots that affect how we interpret, label, and respond to people and situations.

In this workshop, you will: 

• Learn the difference between snap judgments and judgment as a necessary operation of being a reasonable person.
• Identify your common snap judgments based on your dominant temperament.
• Use The Reason Cycle so that you can move from a place of self-righteousness, presumption, and fear to compassion, curiosity, and trust.
   

By the end of the workshop, you’ll have practical strategies to recognize and disarm judgmental habits, allowing you to live with greater charity, humility, and hope—no matter your inherent design or situation.

  Thriving conversations flow from a balance of sharing yourself as a sincere gift and receiving the sincere gift of the other. 

In this workshop, you’ll learn practical skills to generate thriving conversations whenever you choose, so that your relationships can grow in depth, trust, and joy.

Together, we will:

• Recognize the common obstacles that prevent authentic connection and learn how to remove them
   
• Discover how your inherent design (Trinity Colored ID℠) shapes the way you listen, share, and respond in conversation
   
• Practice tools for balancing openness with attentiveness, creating space for mutual dignity and respect
   
• Learn how to gently draw others out into meaningful dialogue that fosters true understanding and connection
   

By the end of the workshop, you’ll be equipped to create conversations that don’t just fill silence, but bring life, healing, and unity into your relationships.

In this workshop, you’ll learn a practical tool that is key to creating a solid base for every relationship in your life, whether in family, friendships, marriage, or ministry.

You will:

• Discover how to establish healthy boundaries from a place of peace and integrity
   
• Identify the hidden impact of unspoken expectations and learn how to address them with clarity and charity
   
• Practice moving from frustration and resentment to acceptance and ownership
   
• Gain greater freedom to love authentically—even when others do not change
   

By the end of this workshop, you’ll be equipped with tools to create relationships that are more resilient, balanced, and rooted in genuine love, giving you the confidence to build connections that flourish in both ordinary and challenging seasons of life.

In this workshop,  marriage is more than a promise or a contract; it is a sacrament, a visible sign of God’s covenant love. Yet every couple knows that the daily challenges of life can sometimes overshadow the grace God pours into their union.

In this workshop, couples will:

• Reclaim the beauty of their sacramental vows by revisiting the graces received on their wedding day
   
• Recognize the unique Trinity Colored inherent designs (Trinity Colored ID℠) of each spouse and how they shape communication, conflict, and connection
   
• Renew their relationship by learning practical tools and skills to foster trust, intimacy, and shared mission
   
• Restore joy, peace, and unity in their home by inviting God’s grace more deeply into their daily lives

In this workshop,  you will be equipped to use the Unstacking Method—a practical framework built on the Grief Tower concept to initially guide Third Culture Kids and Adult TCKs through the unique layers of loss, transition, and identity challenges they face.

During this workshop, anyone can gain:

• A clear understanding of how the Grief Tower applies uniquely to their experiences
   
• Practical tools to help name, process, and release hidden grief in safe and healthy ways
   
• Insight into patterns and internal narratives that often shape a person’s identity and belonging
   
• Skills for walking alongside a person in restoring resilience, rootedness, and hope
   

Whether you’re working with TCK teens, adult TCKs, or survivors this training provides the spiritual, emotional, and logistical tools needed to help individuals integrate their experiences into a stronger, grace-filled identity.
