What Are THE SEVEN Formation Dimensions™ ?
The Trinity Colored ID Inventory
Is NOT about personality labels. Rather, it highlights recurring patterns of expression through which the Imago Dei—the divine image placed within every person—is revealed.
Each person tends to express both their wounded or healed identity through their natural preferences, innate dispositions, and relational styles.
Insights from temperament theory and personality research can help illuminate these patterns. However, within the Trinity Anchored Formation Framework, these tools remain descriptive, not definitive—they do not define who a person is.
In Catholic anthropology, identity is received from God through the Imago Dei and renewed in Christ.
The Trinity Anchored ID℠ framework simply offers a lens for recognizing how this God-given design often manifests in the ways a person communicates, relates, loves, and serves within the Body of Christ.
Over time, these natural relational patterns can be healed, ordered through virtue, and transformed by grace, allowing the Image of God to shine more fully as the person is conformed to Christ and participates more deeply in His divine life

Hi, I’m Leslie.
My name is Leslie Adamson. I’m a wife, a mother, and a grandmother, and I’ve been married for over thirty years.
Before entering ministry, I worked as a traumatic brain injury rehabilitation therapist. That work showed me how wonderfully and beautifully God has made each of us. The human brain alone is truly awe-inspiring, and it deepened my reverence for our Creator.
Later, as a veteran Catholic home educator and parish ministry leader, I met faithful people who loved God and served generously—but who, like so many of us, struggled to let Him love them. I saw sincere believers trying to earn God’s love through performance, perfection, or productivity, rather than resting in their true worth as His beloved sons and daughters.
Out of that journey came Trinity Anchored Formation—a Catholic formation path rooted in Sacred Scripture, the Catechism, and the sacramental life of the Church.
MY FORMATION & MISSION
I’m the founder of Trinity Anchored Formation LLC, a professional Catholic apostolate. I am also a certified Catholic coach, Marriage & Family Relationship Skills Educator, and soon-to-be certified Five Love Languages coach.
The heart of my work is helping people heal the places where faith, diminished self-knowledge, hidden wounds, unresolved grief, and broken but repairable relationships intersect—especially where sincere believers love God deeply, yet still feel overwhelmed or stuck in their vocations and missions.
As a redeemed Adult Third Culture Kid and immensely grateful Catholic convert, my lived experiences have become the compass that guides my mission. Every layer of my story fuels my desire to help others heal the hidden wounds that have fractured their God-given identity and to cultivate wholehearted, Christ-centered relationships—so they may live the two greatest commandments with freedom and integrity.
